"Walking"

Savannah loves to be up on her feet. Here she is "walking" with Daddy.

Won't roll over for the camera

Savannah had been rolling over, but when I stuck the camera on her, no go.

Fun with Grandpa

Scott remembered this little ditty his grandparents did with him so he asked Grandpa to do it with Savannah.

5 months!

Here is Savannah's official 5 month photo. She had a great week last week. Grandpa was here visiting and she loved all the extra attention. He helped with bath time and she loved taking walks with him.

We may have a thumb sucker after all

I went in to wake the princess from her nap yesterday and she was sucking her thumb!!! I know many of you think I am crazy for being happy about this but I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my thumb and I am glad she may have found hers. Thumb sucking babies are so cute.

My new tub!

I am growing so fast that my baby tub is a thing of the past. Mommy bought me the trendy new Euro tub and I am loving bath time! I love to splash and eat my crab bath toy. I have Maryland blood in me after all. I love when my bath is over and Daddy wraps me in my soft, warm towel.

Cereal = Yuck!

We have tried feeding Savannah cereal the past two nights. She does not love it. I guess we will give it another go in a few weeks.

Savannah's Got Mail

She received her first post card from Emma and Poppy yesterday. She was intrigued by the picture on the front and then eventually started to eat it!

Hard Worker!

Here she is helping Daddy work. Watch out India!!!

Teething???

Dr. Zimmerman says she can see them, we can't feel them yet but she chews on anything she gets her hands on and when all she has is her hands then those work great too.

Ready, Set, Swim

Savannah and I are taking a Mommy and Me swim class on Monday mornings (she is ready in her swim coverup above). We are in the class with her friends Reed and Davis. More pictures to come as it gets a little hectic once we are in the pool to whip out the camera. Savannah likes the water, loves to splash around and is having fun meeting new friends.

The Easter Bunny Arrived

That is one smart bunny to know that we were in MD and not NC. Savannah really enjoyed her Easter Basket and LOVED the bunny that Emma bought her. She then attended her first brunch at the Rusty Scupper and had a good time at the Inner Harbor!

Easter in Maryland

Scott and I thought what would be more fun than a trip back home to Maryland to show off our baby girl and spend time with family and friends for Easter. Good intentions we had but out little stinker did not want to sleep so we had to cut the trip short and headed home a day early. While we were there we did get to spend time with a lot of family and friends who had never met Savannah before. It was great to see everyone and we hope you will make plans to visit us (remember to bring your ear plugs)!

Sleeping Through the Night?

We can only hope that one day Savannah will STTN before she goes to college. Right now we are just taking one day at a time and are trying to get as much rest as possible. The princess is still getting up at least 5 times a night. I wish I could just get use to only 3 hours of sleep!
